Common use of Monies to Be Held in Trust Clause in Contracts

Monies to Be Held in Trust. All money and Government Obligations deposited with the Indenture Trustee pursuant to Section 10.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it, in accordance with the provisions of the Certificates and this Agreement, to the payment in the case of the Series SWA 1996 Trust N620SW-I Certificates, as provided for in Section 15.04 or, in the case of the Series SWA 1996 Trust N620SW Certificates, either directly or through any Paying Agent as the Indenture Trustee may determine, to the Holders, of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal, Premium, if any, interest, and, in the case of the Series SWA 1996 Trust N620SW-I Certificates, Break Amount, if any, and all other amounts payable to the Holders hereunder or under any other Operative Agreement, but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.
