Monitor Delivery and Draw on Financing Source. Seller will monitor the delivery of Vehicles to Dealers in a manner consistent with its customary standards and practices. Seller will promptly draw on the Dealer’s financing source (or, if applicable, collect directly from the Dealer) an amount equal to the Invoice Amount with respect to each Dealer Receivable conveyed hereunder at the end of the related In-transit Period and promptly remit such amounts to Purchaser in full satisfaction of the related Dealer Receivable.
