Common use of Monitoring Access Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Access. Contractor shall ensure that ETP has access to its facilities or those of a training vendor as needed to monitor performance under this Agreement. Contractor shall use best efforts to ensure that ETP also has access to trainers and trainees for the purpose of performance-related interviews. During the term of this Agreement, all Rosters and any other pertinent records of training delivery or cost must be maintained at the Contractor’s central facility in California.
