Monitoring and Recording Telephone Calls, Online Chats, Video Recording of Premises. We may monitor and record any telephone conversation or online chat with you at any time without further notice to you, as allowed by law. You consent in advance to any such monitoring or recording. We may record video of our premises including all activity and transactions. The decision to record any conversation or premises shall be solely at our discretion and we shall have no liability for doing so or failing to do so. Any such audio or video recordings, or chat transcripts, are our exclusive property.
