Common use of Monitoring and Remedies Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Remedies. The Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor your usage and the content of the Services, including content you may publish online, in order to determine compliance with this Agreement. You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Services any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner. You may upload public domain materials and are responsible for and assume all risks with respect to the determination of whether materials are in the public domain. You hereby grant the Company the right to edit, copy, remove, publish and distribute any material made available on the Internet Service, whether offensive, in violation of this Agreement, or otherwise, by anyone using your Internet Service at any time for any reason.
