Monitoring/Compliance Fee. The Allocatee agrees to pay to the CDFI Fund an annual fee as may be assessed by the CDFI Fund, to cover the full cost (as defined in OMB Circular A- 25) to the CDFI Fund associated with monitoring the Allocatee’s compliance with the requirements of the NMTC Program. The CDFI Fund will provide the Allocatee with due dates and instructions for payment of such fee at a later date.
