Monitoring Emissions a. Intel agrees to install and use Continuous Emissions Monitors (CEMs) on stacks and for pollutants determined to be appropriate for CEMs monitoring by Intel and the Groups. b. Intel agrees to undertake a regular program of emissions monitoring, acceptable to the Groups, for those stacks and pollutants determined not to be appropriate for CEMs monitoring, but that merit monitoring.
