Common use of Monitoring Fees Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Fees. Recipient shall pay, at such time as DHCR may require, an annual fee to DHCR of .5% multiplied by the maximum Restricted Rents of the Low-Income Portion of the Project or such other fee as DHCR may prescribe (the "Monitoring Fee").
