Monitoring of the Market Value of Investments and Collateral. The Program Administrator, on behalf of the Investment Officer, with the help of such Texas CLASS Officials as needed, shall determine the market value of each investment and of all Collateral pledged to secure deposits of funds of Texas CLASS at the times required and in the manner provided in the Trust Agreement and the Investment Act.
