Monitoring of the Sub-Advised Portion. Sub-Adviser shall be responsible for daily monitoring of the investment activities and portfolio holdings of the Sub-Advised Portion to ensure compliance with the Investment Strategy, Prospectus, SAI, Registration Statement, Policies and applicable law.
