Monitoring of the Sub-Advised Portion. Sub-Adviser shall be responsible for daily monitoring of the investment activities and portfolio holdings of the Sub-Advised Portion to ensure compliance with the Investment Strategy, Prospectus, SAI, Registration Statement, Policies and applicable law. Sub-Adviser shall advise K2 promptly in the event it becomes aware of any non-compliance with any of the above with respect to the Sub-Advised Portion.
