Monitoring Parameters, Frequency and Duration Clause Samples

The "Monitoring Parameters, Frequency and Duration" clause defines the specific variables or conditions that must be observed, how often monitoring should occur, and for how long the monitoring activities must be maintained. In practice, this clause might require regular measurement of environmental emissions, periodic safety inspections, or ongoing data collection at set intervals throughout a project or contract period. Its core function is to ensure that all parties are clear on the expectations for monitoring, thereby promoting compliance, accountability, and timely detection of issues.
Monitoring Parameters, Frequency and Duration. Table 4.2 summarises the monitoring parameters, frequency and monitoring depths of impact water quality monitoring as required in the Project Specific EM&A Manual.
Monitoring Parameters, Frequency and Duration. 3.4.1 Table 3.3 summarizes the monitoring parameters, frequency and duration of impact noise monitoring.
Monitoring Parameters, Frequency and Duration. 2.4.1 Table 2.3 summarizes the monitoring parameters, frequency and duration of impact TSP monitoring.
Monitoring Parameters, Frequency and Duration. Water quality parameters monitored will include pH, temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen (DO), running average DO saturation over a 24-hour period, BOD5, COD, and propylene glycol. During the collection of samples a visual observation of the receiving waterbody shall be made to account for any discoloration and/or foaming and an observation to account for the presence of any nuisance odors. The frequency of monitoring will occur every four-(4) hours after the onset of the deicing event. The duration of the monitoring shall be approximately 48 hours after the onset of the storm event. The water quality monitoring schedule is summarized in the following table: Receiving Warwick Pond (Inlet) pH Every 4 hours 2 days Waters Warwick Pond (Outlet) Temperature Buckeye Brook (at West Conductivity Shore Road) DO Old Mill Creek (at DO saturation Tidewater Drive) BOD5 COD Propylene Glycol
