Monitoring Requirements. This Schedule sets out the contract management requirements which are applicable to the delivery of the Services.

Monitoring Requirements. The Department monitors its Subrecipients based upon an assessment of risk posed by the Subrecipient and according to specific monitoring criteria per 2 CFR 200.331. During the term of this Agreement, the Department shall perform program and/or fiscal monitoring of the Subrecipient and Approved Projects to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements and timely project completion. The Subrecipient shall be required to resolve any monitoring findings to the Department's satisfaction by the deadlines set by the Department. In the event Subrecipient disagrees with a finding and/or any accompanying corrective actions or sanction(s) that are associated with such finding, Subrecipient shall follow an appeals process provided by the Department. Subrecipient shall ensure their Developers and Approved Projects are in compliance with CDBG-DR requirements and shall perform regular, ongoing monitoring of the Developer and Approved Project for the term of this Agreement. Subrecipient shall ensure their Developers resolve any monitoring findings to the Subrecipient's satisfaction by the deadlines set by the Subrecipient. Subrecipient shall report any monitoring findings to the Department, as well as the status of those findings until they are resolved by the Developer. Subrecipients may charge Developers a reasonable annual fee for compliance monitoring during the term of affordability period. The fee must be based upon the average actual cost of performing the monitoring of CDBG-DR- assisted Approved Projects. The basis for determining the amount of the fee must be documented and the fee must be included in the costs of the project as part of the project. If a monitoring fee is charged, Subrecipient shall remit 10% of the monitoring fee collected from each Approved Project to the Department not less than annually and within 90 days of receipt of the fees.

Monitoring Requirements. RISE shall perform a monitoring of project activities and/or fiscal monitoring of the grant in accordance with requirements of 42 U.S.C. 5304(e)(2), as amended and as modified by Federal Register Notice FR-5936-N-01. The Awardee shall be required to resolve any monitoring findings to RISE's satisfaction by the deadlines set by RISE. Awardee will work with RISE, and XXXX’s technical assistance consultant, to conduct ongoing monitoring compliance of parties who are implementing CDBG-NDR project activities. Awardee shall assist RISE and RISE’s technical assistance consultant in complying and maintaining recordkeeping files to facilitate HUD audit reviews under 24 CFR 570.493 for all activities under this agreement. RISE shall determine the areas of monitoring, the number of monitoring visits, and their frequency. Monitoring shall address program compliance with contract provisions, including to but not limited to eligible activity, eligible costs, meeting a National Objective. In addition, monitoring reviews of financial management and requirements of Disaster Relief Appropriations Act, 2013 (Public Law 113-2), Title I of Housing Community Development Act (HCDA) of 1974 (42 U.S. C. 5302 et seq.), HCDA regulations 24 CFR, Part 85, 24 CFR 570 Part I, all applicable federal overlay requirements and all CDBG- NDR published Federal Register Notices shall be conducted.
Monitoring Requirements. 2.1.1 In accordance with the Project Specific EM&A Manual, baseline 1-hour and 24-hour Total Suspended Particulates (TSP) levels at 4 air quality monitoring stations were established. Impact 1-hour TSP monitoring was conducted for at least three times every 6 days, while impact 24-hour TSP monitoring was carried out for at least once every 6 days. The Action and Limit level of the air quality monitoring is provided in Appendix D.

For impact water quality monitoring, measurements were taken in accordance with the Project Specific EM&A Manual. Appendix D shows the established Action/Limit Levels for the environmental monitoring works.

Monitoring Requirements. 5.1.1 Vessel based surveys for the Chinese White Dolphin (CWD), Xxxxx chinensis, are to be conducted by a dedicated team comprising a qualified marine mammal ecologist and experienced marine mammal observers (MMOs). The purpose of the surveys are to evaluate the impact of the HKCBF reclamation and, if deemed detrimental, to take appropriate action as per the EM&A manual. 5.1.2 This ‘Impact Monitoring’ follows several months of ‘Baseline Monitoring’ so similar survey methodologies have been adopted to facilitate comparisons between datasets. Further, the data collected are compatible with, and are available for, incorporation into the data set managed by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) as part of Hong Kong’s long term Marine Mammal Monitoring Programme.
Monitoring Requirements. 1. To review the ownership and control disclosures submitted by the MCO and those of any of the MCO’s subcontractors, upon request. 2. To collect (including through its agents and contractors) the following information from the MCO to improve the performance of the managed care program, including at a minimum: a. Enrollment and disenrollment trends in the MCO; b. Member grievance and appeal logs; c. Provider complaint and appeal logs; d. Findings from the State's External Quality Review process; e. Results from any Enrollee or provider satisfaction survey conducted by the State or MCO; f. Performance on required quality measures; g. Medical management committee reports and minutes; h. The annual quality improvement plan for the MCO; i. Audited financial and encounter data submitted by the MCO; j. The medical loss ratio summary reports required by 42 CFR 438.8; and k. Customer service performance data submitted by the MCO and performance data submitted by the beneficiary support system.
Monitoring Requirements. The Program may perform program and/or fiscal monitoring of the Grant. The Recipient agrees to cooperate with any such monitoring and provide reasonable access to all Work files, records, documents and other information to employees or representatives of the Department. The Recipient shall resolve any monitoring findings to the Program's satisfaction by the deadlines set by the Department.
