Common use of Monitoring Services Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Services. This Section sets forth the terms and conditions governing Supplier’s provision and Customer’s use of Supplier’s content monitoring service including print, broadcast, online news, social media, and political (collectively and individually “Monitoring Service”). The Supplier does not represent or warrant that any specific source will be monitored by the Supplier. The Supplier reserves the right to change the sources that it monitors at any time.
