Common use of Monitoring Services Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Services. 6.1 Interactive will provide server monitoring and remediation for all managed servers (physical or virtual) hosted on Interactive’s IaaS environment. Alerts that affect performance or availability will be notified to the Customer and remediation will be on a proactive basis. 6.2 Interactive and the Customer may agree to expand the monitoring services to include the monitoring of the applications and all external network communications infrastructure for the number of monitoring points detailed in the CMS SOW, if requested by the Customer.
