Monitoring the Plan and Governance. The LIP will be jointly monitored by the HCA and the Council. Both parties will agree when it is to be reviewed. It is anticipated that this will be on an annual basis or sooner if emerging policy prompts an earlier review. The plan will also be monitored locally by the Council’s Housing Development Group and the Local Strategic Partnership.
