Common use of Monitoring TPB Obligations Clause in Contracts

Monitoring TPB Obligations. (a) The Servicer shall require each TPB to pay all undisputed and all disputed Billed Phase-In-Recovery Charges or make a financial arrangement for such payment according to the applicable TPB Agreement; and (b) For all TPBs subject to any remittance option where such TPB is liable for all amounts billed in respect of Customers served thereby regardless of the amounts received therefrom, the Servicer shall monitor payment compliance and take all actions permitted by the PUCO and the Financing Order in the event of a default in payment.
