Common use of Month Contracts Clause in Contracts

Month Contracts. Faculty members on a regular ten (10) month contract shall receive time off with pay on the following holidays: Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving, and New Year's Day.

Month Contracts. Faculty members on a regular ten eleven (1011) month contract or twelve (12)-month contracts shall receive time off with pay on pay, if applicable to their contract period, for those holidays set forth in 24.1 and for the following holidays: Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Independence Day, President's Labor Day, Memorial Christmas Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday following Thanksgiving, and New Year's Dayday before Christmas.
