Month Lecturers. a) A 12-month Lecturer who had previously held an appointment as a Sessional Lecturer and who is not to be re-appointed as a 12-month Lecturer shall be given at least one month's notice and immediately qualify for reappointment under provisions of Part 7: Conditions of Appointment for Sessional Faculty Members, and shall maintain all his/her accumulated service and benefits.
