Common use of Monthly Accounting Period Clause in Contracts

Monthly Accounting Period. The monthly accounting shall be on a calendar-month basis, except that the initial monthly accounting period shall run from the Effective Date of this Agreement, after the initial accounting has occurred, through the last day of the calendar month in which the Effective Date of this Agreement falls. The final monthly accounting period shall run from the end of the preceding calendar month until the termination of this Agreement, but prior to actual termination of this Agreement.
