Monthly Amounts Payable. The Monthly Summary Statements shall be reviewed, approved and/or disputed in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in Schedule 3.3, and amounts owing thereunder shall be paid in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in Schedule 3.3.
