Monthly and Weekly Forecasts and Projections. (a) No later than the tenth (10th) Business Day prior to the Contract Cutoff Date of the Nomination Month, Xxxx shall provide the Company with a preliminary written forecast of Aron’s Target Month End Crude Volume and Target Month End Product Volume for the Delivery Month. During the first two months of deliveries of Crude Oil made pursuant to this Agreement, Aron’s Target Month End Crude Volume and Target Month End Product Volume shall be the amounts set forth on Schedule D.
