Common use of Monthly Billing Date Clause in Contracts

Monthly Billing Date. COMPANY shall render bills on or before the tenth (10th) day of each month for all Storage Services furnished during the preceding month. Such charges may be based on estimated quantities, if actual quantities are unavailable in time to prepare the billing. COMPANY shall provide, in a succeeding month’s billing, an adjustment based on any difference between actual quantities and estimated quantities, without any interest charge. If presentation of a xxxx to CUSTOMER is delayed after the tenth (10th) day of the month, then the time of payment shall be extended accordingly, unless CUSTOMER is responsible for such delay.
