Monthly Billing Date. Union shall render bills on or before the 10th day of each month for all services furnished during the preceding month. Such charges may be based on estimated quantities, if actual quantities are unavailable in time to prepare the billing. Union shall provide, in a succeeding month's billing, an adjustment based on any difference between actual quantities and estimated quantities. If presentation of a xxxx to Shipper is delayed after the 10th day of the month, then the time of payment shall be extended accordingly, unless Shipper is responsible for such delay.
