Monthly Billing; Minimum Monthly Charge. The monthly storage fee shall be billed monthly and Customer, and pursuant to the signature on the Custody Agreement, Customer agrees to pay such amount pursuant to the credit card on file with Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and hereby authorizes Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx to charge such credit card without any further notice to Customer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the minimum monthly charge for storage shall be $39.00 per month (or $468 per year). Accordingly, in the event the monthly storage calculated pursuant to this Agreement is less than $39.00, customer agrees to pay a minimum of $39.00 per month. For clients with inventory valued at greater than $1 Million U.S Dollars, client agrees to pre-pay annual storage fees, with the first 6 months minimum being non-refundable.
