Monthly Borrowing Limit Calculation. Within fifteen (15) Business Days after the last day of each calendar month beginning after the Third Amendment Effective Date, a report in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent showing a calculation of the Asset Coverage Amount and clauses (a) and (b) of the Borrowing Limit as of the last day of the preceding calendar month.
