Monthly Certification Sample Clauses
Monthly Certification. Every Seller shall execute and deliver to Buyer a monthly certification substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Monthly Certification. Each Seller shall execute and deliver a monthly certification substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and NFI shall execute and deliver a monthly certification substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2 attached hereto within thirty (30) days following the end of each month.
