Common use of Monthly Client Fees Clause in Contracts

Monthly Client Fees. Monthly Client Fees shall include all fees due for Communication Network, Hosted Applications and Pedigree financed Hardware as applicable and as set forth in the OneView Contract Agreement. Client shall pay the Monthly Client Fees for each Hardware unit, regardless of activation date, to be activated on the Communications Network or Hosted Application specified in the applicable OneView Contract Agreement, beginning on the Term Start Date.
