Monthly Contract Payments. The Authority shall, once in each month and on such days as it may fix, make an estimate of the quantity of work done and of material which has actually been put in place in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, during the preceding month, and compute the value thereof and pay to the Contractor the moneys due in accordance with Public Authorities Law Section 2880, as detailed in 21 NYCRR Part 109 (Prompt Payment).”
