Monthly Debt Service Schedule. Whenever Tenant incurs indebtedness with respect to the Managed Facility, Tenant shall provide Manager with a schedule of all principal and interest payments due with respect thereto and the method for calculating interest with respect to such indebtedness (as the same may be updated, the “Monthly Debt Service Schedule”).
