Common use of Monthly fee payment Clause in Contracts

Monthly fee payment. The Concessionaire will submit the monthly commission fee, plus the State Use Tax and any other fees or payments due (“Monthly Payment”), along with the Monthly Report of Concessionaire’s Total Gross Sales (“Monthly Report” detailed in Exhibit D) through the Park Manager.
