Common use of Monthly Fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly Fee. Art. 2nd The Resident will pay in academic year 2017/18 the monthly fee value of 170,00€ (one hundred and seventy euros), by ATM reference or in IST Treasury Unit (Núcleo de Tesouraria do IST). It is an advanced payment that will be done until day 12th of each month. The missing of payment on scheduled deadline allows Accommodation Office the right to revoke the agreement and claim the delayed lendings.
