Monthly Financial Information. As soon as reasonably practicable after it is available but in any event not later than 15 business days after the end of each month, commencing with the month ending on September 30, 2007, the Seller shall provide to the Purchaser the monthly financial information package respecting the Business prepared for the senior managers of the Seller for such month.
