Monthly Information. As soon as practicable during each calendar month, beginning in the month of the Issue Date, for each Issue, the Trustee will make available, or cause to be made available, the Factor applicable to that Issue.

Except as provided in the foregoing sentence, unless and until the Backup Servicer becomes the Servicer, the Backup Servicer will have no obligations with respect to servicing data received by it, nor any reporting obligations. If the Backup Servicer determines it reasonably requires additional information to enable it to assume the duties of Servicer, it will notify Conseco Finance Corp., the Trustee and the Rating Agencies of such additional required information and thereafter the "Data" to be delivered under this Section 5.12(f) shall include such additional information; provided that Conseco Finance Corp. shall have a reasonable time to take such action as may reasonably be required to enable it to furnish such additional information on a monthly basis.

Within 20 days following the end of each calendar month, Borrower shall deliver to Lender: (i) monthly unaudited operating statements for the Project, showing actual sources and uses of cash during such month, (ii) a current rent roll (including monthly delinquency reports and a monthly schedule of delinquency receipts and payments) (iii) a summary of all leasing activity then taking place with respect to the Project, particularly describing the status of all pending non-residential lease negotiations, if any, and (iv) monthly bank statements for the Blocked Account and the Security Deposit Account.

During the period between the date of the Original Asset Purchase Agreement and the Second Closing Date, within ten (10) Business Days after the end of each calendar month, the Sellers shall provide Purchaser with (i) an updated servicing data file as of the prior month-end regarding the Serviced Mortgage Loans containing, with respect to each Serviced Mortgage Loan, the information of the same categories and in the same format as in the Serviced Mortgage Loan Data Tape (the “Monthly Serviced Mortgage Loan Data Tape”), and (ii) an updated master servicing data file as of the prior month-end regarding the Master Serviced Mortgage Loans containing, with respect to each Master Serviced Mortgage Loan, the information of the same categories and in the same format as in the Master Servicing Data Tape (the “Monthly Master Servicing Data Tape”).

No later than each Floating Rate Payer Payment Date the Counterparty will make available on the website of its designee located at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx/xxx the current principal balance of the Chase Funding Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-2 as of the first day of the Calculation Period. No later than each Reset Date, the Cap Provider shall deliver to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Counterparty or administrator on behalf of the Counterparty, a written confirmation containing the results of the calculations performed on each Reset Date and the amount which is to be paid to the Counterparty on the next Floating Rate Payer Payment Date.

It shall promptly after the end of each calendar month after the date of this Agreement and before the Merger Effective Date provide the other party with a list of all of its loans, extensions of credit or other assets that have been classified internally or by any regulatory examiner since the date the Bank provided the other party with the Asset Classification.
