Monthly Inspections. (a) Two (2) representatives of the Joint Health and Safety Committee, one (1) from management and one (1) from the employees, shall make monthly inspections of the work place and shall report to the health and safety committee the results of their inspection. The members of the Committee who represent the workers shall designate a member representing workers to inspect the workplace. Where possible that member shall be a certified member. The Employer shall provide the member with such information and assistance as the member may require for the purpose of carrying out an inspection of the workplace.
(b) In the event of accident or injury, such representatives shall be notified immediately and shall investigate and report as soon as possible to the committee and to the Employer on the nature and causes of the accident or injury. Furthermore, such representatives must be notified of the inspection of a government inspector and shall have the right to accompany them on their inspections. Scheduled time spent in all such activities shall be considered as time worked.
Monthly Inspections. Housing & Residence Life is entitled to inspect your Room on a monthly basis, or such other frequency as deemed necessary by Housing & Residence Life. Save and except in situations of emergency, as determined in the absolute discretion of the Housing & Residence Life, Housing & Residence Life shall provide You with at least 24 hours’ written notice of such inspection. If it is determined upon inspection that the Room, Shared Areas or Common Areas require cleaning, You will be required to clean such area within a 72 hour period. If the required cleaning is not performed to the satisfaction of Housing & Residence Life, Housing & Residence Life reserves the right to clean the area and charge the Resident(s) for all reasonable expenses.
Monthly Inspections. BAC or Dynex will conduct, or cause to be conducted by a qualified third party under contract to such Seller or the applicable Servicer, monthly inspections of each Dealer's Property to verify the existence and condition of the Manufactured Homes securing all Floorplan Loans and shall provide copies of the results of such inspection to Buyer after completion;
Monthly Inspections. The TDHE shall conduct an assessment and home inspection each month of the unit and premises to determine the Participants ability to remain in the program.
Monthly Inspections. 25.6.1 CMTA may schedule routine vehicle inspections with Contractor. CMTA and Contractor will complete all vehicle inspections jointly. CMTA shall coordinate such inspections with Contractor’s designated representative. If defective items are found that are not sufficient to cause the vehicle to be out of service, then the vehicle can continue to be used in revenue service
25.6.1.1 All deficiencies will be corrected within seven (7) days of the joint inspection.
25.6.1.2 At the end of the seven (7) day period, CMTA may schedule a follow up joint inspection to ensure that all items identified for repair were corrected.
25.6.1.3 If repairs were not completed, CMTA may assess a disincentive PDC in the amount of $100 per day, per vehicle, until all repairs are made and verified by the CMTA inspector.
Monthly Inspections. A designee of both Landlord and Tenant will perform inspections of the Property at least on a monthly basis in order to ensure the protection and care of the Stadium and Improvements. The designees shall identify defects or other issues
Monthly Inspections. All operators are required to complete monthly inspections on owned trucks and trailers. If inspection reveals mechanical issues that would result in an out of service violation then such issues must be corrected before equipment continues operation.
Monthly Inspections. BAC will conduct, or cause to be conducted by a qualified third party under contract to BAC or the applicable Servicer, monthly inspections of each Dealer's Property to verify the existence and condition of the Manufactured Homes securing all Floorplan Loans and shall provide copies of the results of such inspection to Buyer after completion.
Monthly Inspections. Each month during construction of the Project, YRC shall be entitled to conduct a monthly inspection; provided that: (i) YRC shall provide reasonable written notice to Company prior to each such inspection; and (ii) at Company’s election, YRC shall schedule its monthly inspections to coordinate with draw requests submitted by Company to the Construction Lender. At its election, YRC may waive its right to conduct a monthly inspection, conditioned upon Company providing to YRC copies of all reports and results of inspections conducted by or on behalf of the Construction Lender.
Monthly Inspections. Landlord shall have the right to conduct monthly inspections of the Premises. If the Landlord should find, through such inspection(s), that the Premises, or the property grounds are in such a condition as to attract roaches, or vermin, or is likely to result in a City Warning of Notice of Violation, or is unfit for the purpose of showing the Premises for future lease or sale, the Landlord, at the Tenant’s expense, shall immediately schedule the property for necessary rededication.
