Safety Inspection. During inspection of County facilities conducted by the State Division of Occupational Safety and Health for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an OCEA designated employee shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is in the employee's agency/department. The employee so designated shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.
Safety Inspection. The daily inspection reports shall identify inspections conducted, results of inspections, location and nature of defects found, causes for rejection, and remedial or corrective actions taken or proposed. The daily inspection reports shall be signed by the responsible quality control technician and the Program Administrator. The Engineer shall be provided at least one copy of each daily inspection report on the work day following the day of record.

During an inspection of Authority facilities conducted by the appropriate State agency for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an Association designated representative shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is on site. The employee, so designated, shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.
Safety Inspection. When the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs or Community Health, or a State, County, City or Township Fire Marshal inspects a state facility pursuant to MIOSHA, a Union official (if on duty at such work site) shall be notified by the Employer and, consistent with the operational needs of the Employer, be released from work without loss of pay to accompany the inspector. The Union shall have a right, consistent with the above, to accompany other inspections conducted for the protection of the work force and as a result of a Labor-Management agenda item. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with a copy of any inspection report left with or returned to the Employer.
Safety Inspection. A bus driver's and bus attendant's daily time will include a fifteen (15) minute time credit for safety inspection.

Safety Inspection. 9/10/1 Upon written request for the latest or most current safety inspection of a specific facility, the report will be furnished to the requesting Union official.
Safety Inspection. The Sponsor shall eliminate all deficiencies identified in its most recent annual safety inspection report (FAA Airport Master Record Form 5010-1). If immediate elimination is not feasible, as determined by the Commission, the Sponsor shall provide a satisfactory plan to eliminate the deficiencies and shall include this plan with phased development as outlined in a current and approved airport layout plan.

Safety Inspection. Before taking possession of the Vehicle, You agree to conduct a safety inspection of the Vehicle, which You acknowledge You are competent to do, and which may include, but is not limited to, inspecting for: (i) proper tire pressure; (ii) trueness of wheels; (iii) safe operation of all brakes and lights; (iv) proper attachment of the battery, seat, pedals, and basket; (v) alignment of fender and metal rods holding fender in place; (vi) good condition of the frame; and (vii) no sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other mechanical problem or maintenance need. You may not ride the Vehicle if You notice any mechanical or other problem or safety issue; and, in such case, You must promptly notify Wheels of all problems and issues. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR ANY VEHICLE.
