Monthly Maintenance Fee. The Borrower hereby agrees to pay to Agent in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar month, a monthly maintenance fee in the amount of $5,000 (collectively, the “Monthly Maintenance Fees”). The Borrower agrees that the Monthly Maintenance Fees shall be fully-earned when paid and shall not be refundable in whole or in part under any circumstances.
Monthly Maintenance Fee. The registrant may charge a periodic fee for account maintenance or other purposes, but only if the fee is reasonable for the services provided and does not exceed the lesser of 15 percent of the monthly payment amount or $75.

Monthly Maintenance Fee. The Contractor agrees to provide a ‘Monthly Maintenance Fee’ for the performance of preventive maintenance services and Minor Corrective Maintenance services. Preventive Maintenance and Minor Corrective Maintenance services are defined in Section 2.3 ‘Preventive Maintenance and Section 2.4 ‘
Monthly Maintenance Fee. Each month, T1 Payments shall deduct a service maintenance fee from the Merchant’s Operating Account, and is payable regardless of Merchant’s processing volume. This monthly service maintenance fee shall commence on the date the Merchant Services Application is approved, even if the Merchant’s account is not activated at the time of the application’s approval.
Monthly Maintenance Fee. CU shall be entitled to charge a Monthly Maintenance Fee to the LICENSEE based on the LICENSEE’s number of SEATS. The monthly maintenance fee is $129 for a 2-SEAT License; the monthly maintenance fee is $279 for a 5-SEAT License; and the monthly maintenance fee is $65 per month for SEATS in excess of the 5-SEAT License. The Monthly Maintenance Fee is due the first day of each month and must be received no later than the 15th of each month. The LICENSEE agrees that the Monthly Maintenance fee amount is subject to change upon thirty (30) days written notice to LICENSEE, and that LICENSEE’s fee may be more or less than the fee charged other CU licensees, depending upon use of support staff.
Monthly Maintenance Fee. $10.00 per month beginning the 13th month after no activity.
Monthly Maintenance Fee. Beginning ninety (90) days after your Checking Account is opened, a maintenance fee of $10.00 will be imposed and debited from your Checking Account every month if you do not either (A) deposit at least $6,000.00 into the Checking Account during that month or (B) maintain a Program Balance of least $35,000.00 at all times during that month.

Monthly Maintenance Fee. For the continual provision of the services as set forth herein, Participant shall pay to Pegasus a Monthly Maintenance Fee each month during the term of this Agreement in the amount of * per month.
