Common use of Monthly Maintenance Fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly Maintenance Fee. The Borrower hereby agrees to pay to Agent in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar month, a monthly maintenance fee in the amount of $5,000 (collectively, the “Monthly Maintenance Fees”). The Borrower agrees that the Monthly Maintenance Fees shall be fully-earned when paid and shall not be refundable in whole or in part under any circumstances.
