Monthly Noteholders’ Statement. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Paying Agent shall forward to each Noteholder of record of each Outstanding Series the Monthly Noteholders' Statement with respect to such Series, with a copy to the Rating Agencies, the Trustee (if other than the Paying Agent) and any Enhancement Provider with respect to such Series.
