Monthly Performance Meetings. On a monthly basis, or as otherwise agreed between the Parties, a formal review of the overall relationship between GECC and GEFA will take place. This will be attended by the Relationship Managers of GECC and GEFA, GEFA Regional Managers, GECC Regional Insurance Managers, and further representatives of GEFA and GECC (including finance, risk and operations) as appropriate. Key agenda items for the monthly meeting will include:
(a) Service Levels (to include premium reconciliation, issues/risk log and escalated items);
(b) Service Credits; and
(c) Potential New Business opportunities.
