Common use of Monthly Plan Clause in Contracts

Monthly Plan. For a Monthly Plan, Your authorized company representative may terminate any Schedule for any reason by written notice to [Reseller]. Following processing and confirmation by [Reseller] such termination will be effective at the end of the then-current Schedule Term, [Reseller] will not be required to refund to You any fees already paid, unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Schedule and You shall pay all unpaid amounts for Services provided until the effective date of termination and any third party cancellation/termination charges related to the installation and/or termination of Services and the non-recurring charges for any cancelled Services.
