Common use of Monthly Production Reports Clause in Contracts

Monthly Production Reports. The Concessionaire shall submit to ANP a monthly report on the Production of each Development Area or Field, pursuant to the Applicable Laws and Regulations. The report shall be submitted by the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, starting from the month following the Production Start Date of each Field. Production Availability Ownership of the volumes of Oil and Gas measured pursuant to paragraph 12.1 shall be granted to the Concessionaire at the Production Measurement Point. Quantification of the volumes shall be subject, at any time, to the supervision and corrections provided for in the Applicable Laws and Regulations.
