Monthly Reference Pool File; Monthly P&I Constant File. The Issuer shall provide to the Global Agent no later than the eighth (8th) Business Day in a month the Monthly Reference Pool File and Monthly P&I Constant File for such month, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibits F and G hereto. In addition, the Issuer shall provide to the Global Agent, on or within two Business Days of the Closing Date, the Issuance Reference Pool File and the P&I Constant File, which shall be in similar format to Exhibits F and G, respectively, as of the Closing Date.
