Monthly Reference Pool Reports. Except as otherwise provided in the related Servicing Supplement, each month, the Closed-End Servicer will deliver to the Closed-End Administrative Agent and each of the other Persons (if any) listed in the related Servicing Supplement a servicing report (the “Monthly Exchange Note Report”) in the form provided in such Servicing Supplement.
