Common use of Monthly Reserve Deposits Clause in Contracts

Monthly Reserve Deposits. On each Payment Date, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender for deposit into each Reserve Account any Monthly Reserve Deposit applicable to such Reserve Account. The Lender may, upon written request from the Borrower, waive any requirement for the payment of a Monthly Reserve Deposit, provided however, that any such waiver by the Lender of a requirement that the Borrower pay such Monthly Reserve Deposit may be revoked by the Lender, in the Lender's sole discretion, at any time upon notice in writing to the Borrower.
