Monthly Salary. Installments 5.3.1 All employees will receive payment in equal monthly installments (September β August). 5.3.2 Pay for changes in assignments (additions or reductions) will be made in equal installments for the months remaining in the initial assignment. 5.3.3 Employees who have additional assignments may be paid monthly for additional hours worked.
