Common use of Monthly Servicing Diskettes Clause in Contracts

Monthly Servicing Diskettes. On or before the second Business Day prior to each Repurchase Date, or any other time at Buyer’s request, a Computer Medium (or any other electronic transmission acceptable to Buyer) in a format acceptable to Buyer containing such information with respect to the Purchased Assets as Buyer may reasonably request upon reasonable prior notice.
