More frequent payments. The Service Provider may submit a fully motivated application regarding more frequent payment to the Employer’s Project Manager to be submitted to the Employer for consideration. Requests for more frequent payments will be considered at the sole discretion of the Employer and is not a right in terms of this contract. The interest rate will be the prime interest rate of the Employer’s Bank at the time the amount is due.
