MORTGAGE APPROVALS. Any provisions of this Lease requiring the approval or consent of Landlord shall not be deemed to have been unreasonably withheld if any mortgagee (which shall include the holder of any deed to secure debt) of the Premises, Building or Property or any portion thereof shall refuse or withhold its approval or consent thereto. Any requirement of Landlord pursuant to this Lease which is imposed pursuant to the direction of any such mortgagee shall be deemed to have been reasonably imposed by Landlord if made in good faith.
