Mortgage Covenants ensure that the Borrower always comply with all the covenants provided for in the Mortgage registered over the Vessel;
Mortgage Covenants. The Borrower shall perform all covenants by it to be performed under the Mortgage and any supplemental mortgage.
Mortgage Covenants. In addition to warranties otherwise set out in this Security Instrument, the grant of the mortgage described in this Security Instrument is made with warranty covenants as set out in NMSA 1978, § 47-1-40.
Mortgage Covenants. This Mortgage is granted with mortgage covenants (upon the “statutory mortgage condition” for the breach of which this Mortgage is subject to foreclosure in accordance with New Mexico law). All covenants in this Mortgage are a part of the “statutory mortgage condition.” To the extent that the incorporated terms of the “statutory mortgage condition” as set forth in XXXX 0000, Section 47-1-41, conflict with the express terms of this Mortgage, the express terms of this Mortgage shall prevail and control.
Mortgage Covenants. Covenants of the VIRL. From the date of this agreement and thereafter until the indebtedness is paid in full:
Mortgage Covenants. Borrower and Guarantor shall comply with all of the terms and conditions and covenants in the Security Instruments, the Environmental Indemnity and the other Loan Documents.
Mortgage Covenants always comply with all the covenants provided for in the mortgage on each of the Vessels and any accompanying Deed of Covenants;
Mortgage Covenants. This Mortgage and all of the grants herein are made with mortgage covenants within the meaning of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 183 Section 19.
Mortgage Covenants. Borrower shall, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, comply with all covenants contained in the Mortgage.
