Mortgage Loan Documents. (a) Borrower has delivered to Lender true, correct and complete copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents. (b) As of the date hereof, the Mortgage Loan Documents are in full force and effect and no event of default, or any event which, with the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute an event of default, has occurred pursuant to the terms of any of the Mortgage Loan Documents on the part of Owner or the other parties thereto.
