Mortgage Loans Eligible for Waiver. In order to be eligible for a waiver of the representation and warranty set forth in 4.13(m) above, the Mortgage Loan must meet all of the following requirements as of the Mortgage Purchase Date (unless the Servicer, for good cause, waives any one or more of such requirements with regard to a particular Mortgage Loan) which must be certified by the Mortgage Lender and submitted with the Mortgage Loan as part of the Mortgage Certificate:
